2026 Valentine’s Day Cookie Boxes

Here are the recipes I used to make my 2026 Valentine’s Day cookie boxes. I love how they all look in their heart-shaped box!! They have a great balance of texture, flavors, and colors.

For more details about planning, managing your baking timeline, how to keep cookies fresh, and how to pack/ship them, check out my original Valentine’s Day cookie box post from last year.

1. Peanut Butter Hearts

I included these in last year’s box and loved them so much, I decided to include them again this year! They taste just like a Reese’s peanut butter cup with an elevated flavor! They’re salty and sweet, soft and chewy, and so delicious.

2. Strawberry Macarons

These chocolate-dipped strawberry macarons are decorated to look just like a freshly picked strawberry and are filled with my favorite buttercream and homemade strawberry jam.

3. Rose Meringues

These meringue roses bake up so beautifully! They’re so fun to pipe and are light, airy, and perfectly crisp.

4. Penguin Marshmallows

These cute little penguin marshmallows are so fluffy and soft, and taste great on their own or in a steaming cup of hot chocolate.

5. Raspberry Linzers

These adorable raspberry Linzer cookies bake up beautifully, and are buttery, perfectly sweet, and filled with tart raspberry jam.

I agree with you that we should have fun when baking such lovely things, they require a lot of planning & dedication, which is why I admire your work. Congratulations! ??

    1. Hi Kelly,

I don’t sell these boxes but all the recipes are linked in this post. If you click the name of each recipe next to the numbers, it’ll take you to each recipe. Hope that helps, happy baking!

    1. Hi JB,

Pretty much any other type of nut butter should work, like almond or sunflower. I will say that the consistency of alternative nut butters can vary a lot, so try to use one that isn’t liquid/is stable at room temperature. Otherwise the mixture will be sticky and more difficult to handle. Hope that helps, happy baking!

  3. I love doing these boxes! They always taste delicious and are a lot of fun. But they’re a lot of work and I find that I exhaust myself pretty quickly. (i usually do it all in one day) Do you have any tips on planning a bake like this? Any tools or timings that might make this easier?
