1. Buttercream Bunny Cookies

These adorable bunny rabbit sugar cookies bake up perfectly soft and are topped with the most delicious homemade buttercream frosting.

2. Sugar Cookie Sandwiches

These delicious sugar cookie sandwiches are filled with orange cream cheese frosting and have such a wonderfully tangy and bright flavor.

They taste almost like an orange creamsicle, in the best way!

3. Meringue Chicks

These meringue chicks were a blast to make!! They’re made with a pipeable meringue recipe, which I used to make Christmas tree meringues last year.

Use yellow gel food coloring to color the meringue, and scoop about 1/2 cup of meringue into a separate bowl to color it orange for the beaks. Then, use a leaf piping tip to pipe on the beaks and a round piping tip, like a Wilton 10, to pipe the chicks’ bodies and heads.

I can’t get over their little faces!! I kept things simple and made the eyes with round black sprinkles.

4. Mini Carrot Cookies

These take a minute to make just because there are so many little carrots, but I love how they turned out!!

5. Lemon Lavender Sugar Cookies

These are the ultimate Spring cookies!! The bright flavor of lemon pairs so well with the floral notes of lavender, and the white chocolate dip gives them a stunning finished look.

6. Flower Cookies

Last but not least, my cherry blossom-inspired flower cookies!! They add such a fun pop of color to these cookie boxes, and they’re surprisingly simple to make.

    1. Totally! I’m going to post a video showing how to make them next week!! But the start of my DITL video that I shared on IG today (04/08/25) shows how too 🙂 Hope that helps, happy baking!!

    1. Hi Jen!! I used my tree meringue recipe to make them, here’s the link: https://chelsweets.com/meringue-trees/

  1. Hi there, I am just wondering how much a box of these cookies would cost or what you would charge? I think it’s a super cute idea to do a giveaway of a few of them as well! Thanks so much!!!

    1. Hi Francakes,

I’m so glad you love the cookie box idea—thank you!

Pricing for a box like this can vary based on several factors, including:

Location: Prices can differ depending on local market rates and the cost of living in your area.

Cookie Types and Designs: The complexity and variety of cookies—such as the number of designs, colors, and detailing—can influence the price.

Packaging: Custom packaging, ribbons, and decorative elements add to the overall cost.

Demand and Seasonality: During peak seasons like Easter, higher demand might affect pricing.

I’ve never sold any of my cookie boxes so sadly I can’t really share a number! If you’re considering doing a giveaway, that’s a fantastic idea! Offering a few cookies as a sampler can be a great way to share the joy and showcase your work.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

  2. Thanks for the adorable and yummy ideas!
The bunny cookies turned out great, and I was even pretty successful with the meringue ducks, but those candy eyes just about broke my teeth. They were ok on the bunnies because they softened up with the frosting, I think, but baked in the meringues, they are downright dangerous!
I think I will pipe chocolate eyes in the future.

    1. Hi Jené,

Aww I’m so glad the bunny cookies and meringue ducks turned out well—and thank you for the sweet words! ?? And YES, I totally hear you that candy eyes can get a little too crunchy, especially when baked into something like meringue. What type of sprinkles did you use for the eyes? The little black sprinkles I linked, or the white and black eye sprinkles?

Piping on chocolate eyes is such a smart (and tooth-friendly!) idea—love that tip!

Thanks so much for baking along and sharing your experience!

  3. I just tried the chick recipe! They are now cooling down but they look really cute ! I hope that they don’t crack!
Do you have more ideas to do with this meringue recipe?

    1. So happy to hear that Felipe! I am thinking about doing a little meringue animal series, so stay tuned!!! I think there will be plenty coming your way soon!!

  4. How do you know what order to make all your treats for your boxes? How long do you know which one will last? Or do you make them all on the same day? Or do some freeze? Just don’t want to ruin them.

    1. Hi Fee,

In every recipe I share there is a section about making the recipe in advance, and whether they can be frozen and for how long. This helps you map out how to spread out the baking and make it feel like less work. Most of the recipes in my cookie boxes can be made in advance and frozen. The only things that can’t be made in advance and frozen are any type of merignue or marshmallow. Hope that helps, happy baking!
