2025 Thanksgiving Cookie Boxes

These are the recipes I used to make my 2025 Thanksgiving cookie boxes. They’re just as cute as they are delicious!!

These are the 10-inch boxes I used to make them, and I line them with a sheet of parchment paper to prevent any oil from seeping through the bottom.

For more details about planning, managing your baking timeline, how to keep cookies fresh, and how to pack/ship them, check out my original Christmas cookie box post from last year.

2. Pine Cone Brownies

These pine cone brownies are such a fun, whimsical Fall dessert! The brownie centers are soft and fudgy, and they have an amazing crunch thanks to the chocolate cereal.

    1. Hi Ireland,

All of these can be frozen except for the meringue! Those need to be stored at room temp in an airtight container.

I freeze the other cookies in airtight containers, then set the containers out a few hours before I plan to assemble the boxes. This usually gives them enough time to thaw to room temperature.

The only note I do have is about the pumpkin pie sugar cookies! Those I pull out the night before and leave on the counter to thaw for longer. This helps prevent the royal icing from bleeding. As long as the cookies are able to full come to room temperature before you open the container, you should be able to prevent that. Hope that helps, happy baking!
