Here are the recipes I used to make my 2025 Mother’s Day cookie boxes. I love how they came together!! They have such a beautiful balance of spring-inspired shapes and flavors.
For more details about planning, managing your baking timeline, how to keep cookies fresh, and how to pack/ship them, check out my original cookie box post.

1. Teddy Bear (Momma Bear) Cookies
These adorable teddy bear cookies bake up perfectly soft and are topped with the most delicious homemade buttercream frosting.

2. Buttercream Flower Cookies
These stunning buttercream flower cookies are made using my buttercream cookie recipe. You can use either a circle cutter or a flower cutter to make them.
They have a hint of almond, which really elevates their flavor! I use American buttercream and a petal tip (like a Wilton 104) to make these, but any type of frosting should work.

3. White Chocolate Dipped Shortbread Cookies
My mom LOVES shortbread, so I had to include some! These are dipped in white chocolate and sprinkled with chopped pistachios and dried rose petals to make them even prettier.

4. Flower Meringues
These flower meringues turned out so cute, and I always love how easy they are to make. They’re made using my pipeable meringue recipe, which I used to make Christmas tree meringues last year.
I divided the meringue into four portions and used pink, neon purple, and neon green gel food coloring to make the following meringue colors: light pink, deep pink, light purple, and green.
I used a Wilton 1M to pipe the roses, and a leaf piping tip to add little leaves.

5. Lavender Macarons
You guys know how much I love macarons, so I decided to make a batch of my lavender macarons for these boxes.
I used a mixture of gel food coloring and vodka to create an edible paint, which I used to paint little flowers on each shell. It’s a relatively forgiving pattern, and they look so great with the other cookies.

Let Me Know What You Think!
I hope you have as much fun with your Mother’s Day baking as I have this year!
