Raspberry Daiquiri
- 3 cups frozen raspberries 375g

Raspberry Simple Syrup
Pour 1/4 cup of water into a small saucepan. Heat over medium-high heat until the water begins to boil.
Add in 1/4 cup of granulated sugar and stir continuously until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Add in 1/4 cup raspberries and turn the heat down to low and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes.
Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a small bowl to cool to room temperature, then cover and set aside.
If you're making this in advance, it can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Raspberry Daiquiri
In a blender or food processor, add 3 cups frozen raspberries, 6 oz. white rum, 2 oz. raspberry simple syrup, and 2 oz. lime juice.
Blend until smooth (this usually takes me about 1 minute).
Pour into a tall glass like a hurricane glass or a margarita glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!
Making the Raspberry Simple Syrup in Advance
This raspberry simple syrup can be made in advance or leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
I usually keep mine in a mason jar but any container with a good lid should work just fine.
Raspberry Daiquiri Ingredients & Substitutions
- Frozen Raspberries - I love using frozen raspberries but you can use fresh raspberries if you prefer! But do note that it will change the consistency of the drink.
- White Rum - I use white rum for its sweet but neutral flavor but if you don’t have any you can substitute gin or brandy.
- Lime Juice - Fresh lime is the key to bringing out the fresh fruity flavor of the drink! Fresh is always best but bottled is a great substitute.
- Raspberry Simple Syrup - Use regular simple syrup or omit the simple syrup altogether to make less sweet raspberry daiquiris.
- Lime Wedge - There are so many fun ways to garnish drinks so feel free to get creative with it and make it your own!
