- 1 tsp vanilla or almond extract 4g
- 1 cup club soda 235g
- 1 Tbsp milk, optional 15g
Place 1/2 cup of ice in a medium-sized glass. I like to use a highball glass.

Top with 1 cup of club soda and a splash of your favorite milk if desired.
Enjoy immediately!
Tips for Making the Best Espresso Soda:
- Chill your glass in the freezer, to make your espresso soda even more refreshing.
- If possible, make your shot of espresso ahead of time and pop it in the fridge to chill to prevent it from melting the ice!
- If you don't have simple syrup on hand, make a batch by adding 1 cup of water and 1 cup of granulated sugar to a small pot and bringing the mixture to a boil on a medium high heat. Remove from heat to cool, and store in an airtight container for up to a month.
- Top with a splash of your favorite milk to round out the flavors. I like mine with whole milk, but alternative milks work great too!
