Skinny Fudgesicles

Now that I have my own popsicle molds, I can finally test out all the popsicle recipes I’ve been dying to try! I’ve always had a soft spot in my heart for fudgesicles….so I knew that these would be the next popsicles I made. I made a few alterations to lighten them up:

  • I cup Lite Cool Whip
  • 3.9 oz. box Sugar-Free Chocolate Instant Pudding
  • 1 3/4 cups fat free milk

I threw the ingredients in a medium sized bowl, and whisked them until the mixture had a smooth consistency. I then poured them into my molds and put them in the freezer. Now THIS is the hardest part….you have to let the fudgesicles freeze for 3 hours. Once they were completely frozen, I ran the popsicles under warm water for a couple seconds so that I could get them out of the molds. And let me just say, they were WONDERFUL! They are such a perfect way to cool down after a long summer day 😀
